Accommodations for 5 days / 4 nights in luxury retreat center.
Three meals and healthy snacks, cold pressed juices and organic fruit. Ingredients are all sourced locally.
Retreat activities are all inclusive and include:
Daily yoga, meditation and/or breathwork classes
Medicine journey
1:1 integration session with psychotherapist
Sound bath
Release water ceremony
Healing workshops and intention setting
Creative workshop
Airport transfers (are only included if the guest is arriving to SJD airport the day of the retreat, early or late arrivals are responsible for their own transportation from the airport)
