I was introduced to breathwork, which is now part of my weekly routine, as well as something I want to pursue in future retreats and workshops. I also learned how to make a mala, and I've been continuing to make them since I got home. I was able to shed a lot of the anxiety and low self-esteem that has been holding me down. I experienced both a mental and physical re-set.
The location outside of Todos Santos is incredible! In early February we got to see turtle hatchlings being released into the sea, and grey whales feeding right off the shoreline. The location of this retreat was truly stunning.”
